Napatech and Netscout Enter Strategic Collaboration Agreement

COPENHAGEN, Denmark – April 14, 2023 – Napatech™ (OSLO: NAPA.OL), a leading provider of programmable Smart Network Interface Cards (SmartNICs) used for infrastructure processing (IPU) and data processing (DPU) in cloud, enterprise, and telecom datacenter networks, today announced that it has entered into a strategic collaboration agreement with NETSCOUT (NASDAQ: NTCT), a global leader in performance management, cybersecurity, and DDoS protection solutions. The agreement and associated $7.5M USD investment will expand and accelerate Napatech’s technology and product development in the rapidly growing SmartNIC market.
The companies benefit from a successful, long-term relationship that includes Napatech SmartNIC hardware and software solutions, which help improve the performance of Netscout’s applications. Napatech’s expertise and scale has routinely been leveraged by Netscout to meet the demanding requirements of Netscout’s market-leading solutions.
